Payment & Cancellation Policy for Little Tinkers Pet Services
This policy outlines the payment and cancellation terms for clients of Little Tinkers Pet Services. By booking dog walking and pet visit services, you agree to the terms set out below.

Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Timely payment is appreciated and helps ensure the ongoing delivery of services.
Accounts that require repeated payment reminders may be subject to a £5 weekly administration fee, applied to cover additional administrative time involved in chasing payment.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that plans can change; however, the following notice periods are required:
Standard Bookings
Cancellations must be received by 10:00am, two days prior to the scheduled booking.
Cancellations made with less than the required notice will be invoiced in full, regardless of the reason.
Monday Bookings
Any cancellations or changes for Monday bookings must be received by 2:00pm on the preceding Friday.
Weekly Cancellations (Holidays, Work Commitments, etc.)
If you need to cancel a full week of services due to holidays, work commitments, or other personal reasons, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required.
This allows sufficient time to offer the availability to other clients.
Last-Minute Bookings
Any bookings made within the cancellation notice period that are subsequently cancelled will still be charged in full.
General Notes
These policies are in place to ensure fairness and to allow the business to operate efficiently.
Flexibility may be offered at discretion; however, repeated late cancellations or payment delays may result in stricter enforcement of this policy.
